Premier Petrochemical Trading was established in 2001 as a Refinery for the USSR countries, but was grant license/ Permit and Maximum privilege to Export Oil and Gas to other Countries outside the union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR) to other continents across the Globe in 2004. This made Premier Petrochemical Trading a full Grown International Refinery and presently among the Russia Top 14 Refineries in the Production of Oil and Gas,and other Agricultural End products (like Urea, Ammonium, etc).
